ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE PUBLIC

As known by the public, our esteemed Founding Honorary Chair, the deceased A. Nihat Gökyiğit, donated a portion of his shares (minority shares) in ANG Yatırım Holding A.Ş. to the TEMA Foundation on April 12, 2000. As stated in our activity reports, the dividend income generated from these shares has been used in line with the purposes defined by our Founding Honorary Chair, A. Nihat Gökyiğit.

The heirs of our Founding Honorary Chair have decided to sell ANG Yatırım Holding A.Ş. Considering that the shares donated to TEMA Foundation are of a size that does not influence this decision, our Foundation has also decided to sell these shares. The shares were sold to Turgut Gökyiğit at their assessed value.

In the words of our Founding Honorary Chair  A. Nihat Gökyiğit, this income will be used “to help make our beautiful country and our world a more livable place.”
