Our Human Resources mission is to ensure that our most valuable resource, our qualified employees,

Our Human Resources Policy

  • To work with individuals who can add value and have high awareness in line with the objectives of our Foundation,
  • Conducting a competency-based recruitment process in recruitment practices, combining the values adopted by the candidate with the values of the Foundation, and recruiting candidates who are suitable for the corporate culture,
  • Prioritizing internal promotion,
  • To work with the SEK SEK team to create a peaceful environment of trust, respect, commitment and team spirit.

Opportunities Offered to Our Employees

In order to ensure a balance between work and private life, our employees can choose their entry and exit hours with certain options. Wages are adjusted once a year according to market conditions and performance. While determining the wage levels of our employees, an equal and fair wage policy is followed by prioritizing the authority and responsibilities required by the job.

First Chance Program

TEMA Foundation is one of the NGO stakeholders of the First Chance Program (http://www.ilkfirsat.org), which aims to provide equal opportunities to young graduates of little-known public universities in their transition to work.
