100,000 saplings to mark the 100th year of Anadolu Sigorta

To mark the 100th year of Anadolu Sigorta, Anadolu Sigorta will contribute to the preservation of natural resources and leave a livable world for future generations by donating 100,000 saplings to designated afforestation areas through the TEMA Foundation in 2025 to create Anadolu Sigorta Memorial Forests. To be planted in various regions across Türkiye, these saplings will both breathe new life into nature and symbolize Anadolu Sigorta's century-long history.

In this context, a cooperation protocol signing ceremony was held at Anadolu Sigorta Headquarters on August 12. Ms. Deniz Ataç, chairperson of the board of directors of the TEMA Foundation, Ms. Füsun Tümsavaş, Chairperson of Anadolu Sigorta, Ms. Didem Bilgin, General Manager of the TEMA Foundation, and Mr. Z. Mehmet Tuğtan, General Manager of Anadolu Sigorta, attended to the ceremony.

As the TEMA Foundation, we believe that efforts towards the protection of nature should be conducted with a long-term perspective and science-based approaches. Therefore, it is invaluable that Anadolu Sigorta has crowned its 100th anniversary with a lasting and meaningful contribution to nature and capitalized on this important milestone with a project which will yield social and environmental benefits.
