Ms. Zuhal Solmaz graduated from Marmara University, Department of Physics Education in 2000. She has been working as a permanent teacher in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education for 24 years and is working as a Physics Teacher at Yakacık Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.
In addition to physics education, Solmaz, who conducts studies on climate change, STEM, Biomimicry and Nature Education in Informal Environments, participated in the Ecological Literacy Training organized in 2012 with the cooperation of the Ministry of National Education and TEMA Foundation, and provided ecological literacy training to teachers as the Provincial Formator in İstanbul between 2012 and 2015.
She has been acting as the Kartal District Officer of the TEMA Foundation since 2012. She is married with one child.
