Dr. Özgür BOLAT graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Education. He completed his master's degree at Harvard University Faculty of Education with a Fulbright and Turkish Education Foundation scholarship. On his return to Türkiye, he worked as a lecturer at Boğaziçi University for two years. He received his PhD from Cambridge University School of Education. He spent 2007-2008 at the MIT Sloan School of Management, taking PhD courses in leadership and doing research. He received the 'Best Young Researcher' award at an international conference held in New Zealand in 2007. Dr. Özgür BOLAT has been a columnist for Daily Hürriyet Newspaper for 12 years.

Mr. Özgür Bolat currently teaches at the Anne-Baba Okulu and Öğretmen Akademisi he established. At the same time, with the Parentwiser mobile application, he introduced a personalized Child Raising Guide in Türkiye. With the Talent Management Inventory he has developed, he discovers the personal tendencies of children and adults. To date, 25,000 people have filled the inventory.

Mr. Özgür Bolat carries out various social responsibility projects. He runs the Dove Self-Confidence Project, the Google Digital Parenting Project, the Youtube Kids Project, the Banvit Smart Kids Table Project, the Sudakrem Secure Attachment Project and the Hepsiburada Happy Family Academy Project. He is the author of four books, namely Beni Ödülle Cezalandırma, Sorularla Büyüyoruz, Ters Yüz Öğrenme ve Eğitimin Özü. He is a board member at the Turkish Education Foundation, Boğaziçi Alumni Association and HelpZone Association.
